Servicejoy now supports multiple currencies making international transactions super fast and easy. Our multi-currency feature enables you to assign a specific currency type to your clients, estimates, invoices, and more.
Using the Multi-currency feature:
To set the base currency for your Servicejoy account navigate to “Settings” > “Company” in the top right corner of the screen.
Click the “Base Currency” drop-down menu and select the desired currency.
**If necessary you can change the currency for a specific client, estimate, and invoice later.
Change the currency for an existing/new client:
Select any client whose currency you wish to change and hit “Edit”. Click the gray currency box below ‘Client Name’ and select the desired currency.
Update your exchange rates on invoices and estimates:
When changing the currency on an existing invoice or estimate, you can see and apply the latest exchange rates from within Servicejoy. If you prefer to use your own exchange rates, you can manually enter those as well.
