How do I suspend a user?
The Account Owner can prevent a user from logging into Servicejoy.
- Click on the “Settings” link at the upper right hand corner of the screen, then on the “Users & Permissions” link.
- Check the checkbox for the user to be suspended, and click on the “Suspend” button.
