Need to cancel/delete an invoice from Servicejoy? Here’s how:
Click on “Invoices”.
Click on the checkbox for the invoice to be canceled, and click on “Delete” button.
Note: If the invoice has a payment, the window below comes up. Click on the “Convert Payments to Credit” button to change the payment to client credit or click on the “Permanently Delete Payments” button to disregard the payment.
