- Click on the “Projects” link at the home page then click on the project.
- Click on the “Add Report” link.
- Populate the “Description” field with details on the job report; this field is required.
- Click on the “Date” field to set when the work was performed.
- To track time — populate the “Time Spent” field with the number of hours. It can accept decimal format (e.g. 2.5) or time format (e.g. 2:30).
- Files such as pictures and documents can be attached to the job report. Click on the “Select Files” box, and choose the file from the window that comes up. Add a description for the file as needed and click on the “Add” button.
The job report is created. To change the job report click on the “Edit” link for it.
