Yes they do! Your clients can see their outstanding balance when they log into their Servicejoy accounts. They don’t even have to have an account; the email that a client gets regarding an invoice or estimate has a link that takes them to the invoice or estimate instantly.
The same link allows them to see their outstanding account balance and account statements.
